RMA Policy

Startech Pacific Limited (STARTECH) would provide RMA services. Please refer to the following Information of Application and Terms of RMA.

Information of Application:

  1. Any detective item for RMA application, firstly, fill in the RMA application form (Please specify the item number, serial number, purchase date, etc.) and send it by E-mail to RMA department.
  2. E-mail reply will be issued after check the application which can meets the Terms of RMA. And please send back the detective item to STARTECH for next procedure.
  3. To ensure the detective item is the same as application, STARTECH will check the item number and serial number, and make sure it can meet the Terms of RMA.
  4. Detective item will be send back to the manufacture for RMA process. And if it has any modified or damage caused by man-made found by manufacture, it will not be compensated.
  5. STARTECH will issue a credit note within 3 months (counted by receive day of detective item) to complete the RMA process.

Terms of RMA:

RMA
  1. Any damage caused by man-made occur on detective item (e.g. cracks, surface damage, missing parts, missing or damaged serial numbered labels), RMA cannot be processed.
  2. Any modified or repaired on detective item, RMA cannot be processed.
  3. Detective item must be sent to STARTECH on 14 working days before the warranty expiration.
  4. Any different serial number found on the detective product with STARTECH system, RMA cannot be processed.
